Our client, a rapidly growing biotechnology firm, is looking for an HRIS Analyst to join their corporate Human Resources team. The person in this role will focus on the development, maintenance, and technical support of their recruiting and HRIS systems.  Responsibilities will specifically include supporting new and existing functionalities, projects, enhancements, break/fixes, and process improvements.

HRIS Analyst Job Duties

  • Designs and maintains the HRIS in support of the organization’s data management and reporting needs
  • Ensures accuracy and integrity of organizational data
  • Provides data summaries and statistical analysis for use in strategic planning or decision-making
  • Provides end-user support
  • Creates standard operating procedures and training materials
  • Organizes and maintains data architecture
  • Administers or assists in administering downstream HR systems, including integration to the HRIS
  • Analyzes HR and relevant business processes and makes recommendations for process improvements using technology
  • Leads the specification, development, and implementation of new or redesigned systems, reports, integrations, and procedures for HR users
  • Ensures compliance with applicable global data protection regulations
  • Follows company policies and practices as outlined in the Employee Handbook and/or applicable employment agreement
  • Performs additional duties as assigned

 

HRIS Analyst Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Project Management/system implementation experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience administering HRIS systems
  • Strong skills in the use of technology
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Ability to perform work under minimal supervision.
