This is an individual capable of leveraging database technologies, mathematical savvy, and analytical tools to turn data into answers and insights.

Senior Business Intelligence Analyst Job Duties:

• Maintain and advance the organizations reporting and dashboarding platforms in Power BI and/or Tableau
• Liaise with business and technology partners to build insightful analytical solutions and dashboards
• Complete statistical analysis of large datasets to derive insights
• Consistently own and deliver deep dives in the form of narratives that influence business direction
• Work closely with the Data and Analytics group to implement data analysis best practices
• Simplify and communicate complex concepts to partners across the enterprise to drive data-driven outcomes

Senior Business Intelligence Analyst Skills/Qualifications:

• 3+ year(s) in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, or similar role
• B.S. in Business, Computer Science, Analytics, or another quantitative discipline
• Experience creating advanced solutions using Power BI and/or Tableau
• Proficient in using SQL in a business environment
• Advanced Excel skills
• Business analysis, report design, and presentation skills
• Understanding of Data Warehouse principles and familiarity with data modeling concepts and methodologies
• Mastery of data visualization and analytical best practices
